2010-2011 AFC Championship Futures Odds

It’s no surprise that the Indianapolis Colts are the early favorites. In fact, futures early on tend to just follow last season’s results. For instance, the New England Patriots and San Diego Chargers are up toward the top. How about the New York Jets?

Here’s the latest 2010-2011 NFL AFC Championship futures. The odds may vary from sportsbook to sportsbook, so shop around.
2010-2011 AFC Championship Futures Odds is a post from: Sports Betting Football

Super Bowl 44 Betting Odds

Soon after the New Orleans Saints polished off the Minnesota Vikings in OT, Vegas released the Colts as 3.5 point favorites. Since then, the line has moved up. Will we see more of the public jumping on the Colts over the next two weeks? I think so.

In the public's mind, it's all about the last game. They will remember two things:

1. The Colts destroyed the Jets.

2. The Saints barely got by the Vikings in OT (and questionable considering official's call).

Given this, I think we'll see a Colts -7 line and possibly higher.

As of right now, the line is:

New Orleans Saints +175

Indianapolis Colts -5.5 (-210)

NFL Week 7 Morning Games Part Two

Ok, I'm back to talk about the second half of the Sunday morning games. I think we will have many questions answered this week. Can the Patriots get a firm grasp on yet another playoff season? Are the Falcons in deep trouble? Is Pittsburgh back? Let's take a look at the rest of this morning's games.
NFL Week 7 Morning Games Part Two is a post from: Sports Betting Football

NFL Week 7 Morning Games Part One

We are already in week 7 of the NFL. There are some great morning games to watch. Even some of the games that might not matter as much are worth a look—Green Bay at Miami comes to mind.
Parity in the NFL Dead

We hear it over and over. The NFL is full of parity and that's a great thing. But, is the NFL really fully of parity? The short answer is no. The NFL now has a cluster of very good teams, a cluster of very bad teams, and a few still deciding which group they belong to. We are now approaching week 7 in the NFL. Most teams have played 6 of their 16 games and the night and day difference between teams is striking.
Parity in the NFL Dead is a post from: Sports Betting Football

Absolutely Disgusting

That was my feeling after watching the Monday night game between the Chicago Bears and Arizona Cardinals. Saying the Bears didn't deserve the win was the understatement of the century. Actually, neither team deserved anything. The Bears offense turned out a performance that would make even the Raiders offense laugh.
Absolutely Disgusting is a post from: Sports Betting Football

Steelers Look to Bounce Back

Football Online Betting - Ben Roethlisberger has started three games for the Steelers. Pittsburgh is 0-3 when he starts this season. Is Big Ben still hurt? Have we all been duped into thinking he was a great QB? The Steelers are 1-4 this season and in danger of falling off the playoff map. They are at home against the 2-2 Chiefs this weekend and they desperately need the win.
Steelers Look to Bounce Back is a post from: Sports Betting Football
