Thursday Preseason NFL Football

There are two NFL preseason games tonight. Cleveland Browns are at the Philadelphia Eagles (7:30pm) and the Indianapolis Colts are at the St. Louis Rams (8:00pm). The Colts at Rams game should be on FOX. Most sportsbooks have lines up. Here’s the general consensus.

Philadelphia is a 3.5 favorite over the Browns. The under/over is 33.5. The Eagles starters probably will only get one series. The Browns might push it a little more. Preseason is a crapshoot, but I like the Browns plus the points.

St. Louis is a 5.5 favorite over the Colts. The under/over is 38. Neither team has spectacular backups. It’s uncertain, as usual, just who’s going to play. This total is a bit high for me, so I’m taking the under. The line is a pretty solid 38 all over, so don’t expect too much movement—plus it’s preseason.
